Issues with Documentation "Ask AI"
We are investigating an issue with the Ask AI functionality in the Clerk Docs.
Dashboard increased latency
We have implemented a fix for this incident and are monitoring to ensure the issue does not recur.
Development instances only - Apple rejecting emails
We discovered today that emails sent only from development instances to Apple email addresses (icloud.com, me.com) are being rejected by Apple. We have reached out to Apple to inquire further and are hoping for a swift resolution on their end. In the meantime, we recommend using test emails (<https://clerk.com/docs/guides/development/testing/test-emails-and-phones#email-addresses>) or an email ad

Scheduled database maintenance — brief write interruption
Clerk will perform planned database maintenance on Saturday 19 September 2026 between 13:30 and 14:30 UTC. Signed-in end users stay signed in and your application keeps working for them throughout. Within that window we expect a brief interruption of a few minutes, around 14:00 UTC, during which operations that write data — including new sign-ins and sign-ups — will be temporarily rejected.
