HCP Terraform Scheduled Maintenance

**Hashicorp is pushing back the maintenance window.** It is no longer going to occur on November 14th. HCP Terraform and HCP Waypoint will now be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday **December 5th 2026**, beginning at 17:00 UTC. We expect this maintenance to complete in under 2.5 hours.

Terraform Runs Failing
Some customers are seeing terraform applies fail. The pre‑apply run task receives an “Unexpected response from broker: Status code: 424, Message: Failed Dependency” error. Our Engineering team is working to identify and resolve the issue. We will post updates with more information as it becomes available.
HCP Vault Azure: Cluster Updates and Creation
We have identified the root cause and fixed the issue. All operations should work seamlessly. We will keep monitoring and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Degraded commit/content scans in HCP Vault Radar
Our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue. There may still be some higher than normal delays as the backlog is processed. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
