Configured Commerce - Upgrading Kubernetes Clusters
We will be upgrading our Kubernetes clusters for our Configured Commerce (B2B) service. There will not be a full outage during this upgrade, however clients may experience occasional missed API calls. The upgrade is expected to last a maximum of 8 hours, though we expect it should complete sooner.

Snowflake services in the EU are returning to normal operation. The data processing lag in ODP has cleared. We are monitoring the situation.
Optimizely Graph - All region's production clusters experienced failed stored queries
We have identified the root cause and applied a mitigation. The service has returned to normal operation and we are actively monitoring to confirm stability.
Delay of E-Mails Submitted via SMTP API
Starting around 10:00 CEST processing of emails submitted via our SMTP API is delayed. We already identified the underlying problem and are in the process of fixing the issue.
